At BFArchery, operated by BattleFalcon International Group Limited, we are committed to providing reliable and professional after-sales warranty service to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and trust.

📅 1. Warranty Coverage

  • All products purchased from BFArchery (www.bfarchery.com) are covered by a 1-year standard warranty.
  • For key components (such as core structural parts and main mechanical components), we provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

⚙️ 2. Warranty Service Conditions

  • Warranty service will be provided free of charge if the issue is confirmed to be caused by:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Product quality problems
  • If the issue is caused by:
    • Misuse
    • Improper maintenance
    • Accidental damage
    • Unauthorized modification or disassembly
      Repairs may still be available, but service and replacement charges will apply.
  • Warranty service does not cover:
    • Consumable parts
    • Normal wear and tear

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

    • Provide official return instructions and address
  5. After inspection, we will:
    • Repair the product
    • Replace the product
    • Or inform you of any applicable service charges (if not covered by free warranty)

⚠️ 4. Important Notes

  • ❗ Do NOT return any product without contacting us first.
    Unauthorized returns may be refused or lost.
  • Products must be returned in safe and proper packaging to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Shipping costs:
    • Covered by BFArchery only when the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue under free warranty
    • Otherwise, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
