🚚 Shipping

Q: Which countries do you ship to?

A: We support delivery to most countries and regions worldwide, including but not limited to:
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Vietnam, France, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Finland, New Zealand, Italy, Netherlands, Hungary, Norway, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Romania, Argentina, Spain, Denmark, and Ireland.

If your country/region is not listed but you are able to place an order, it means we do support delivery to your location. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Q: Which shipping carriers do you use?

A: We usually use DHL, UPS, and EMS for international delivery.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

A: Please contact us immediately after receiving the package and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • A short description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Q: Can I return a product?

A: Yes. You may return your order within 15 days of receipt for a refund, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and does not affect secondary sales.

Q: What happens if I refuse delivery?

A: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and customs clearance fees.

Q: What if I received the wrong item?

A: Please notify us immediately and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the incorrect item

We will verify and arrange to send you the correct product or issue a refund.


📦 Orders & Delivery Time

Q: How quickly do you ship, and when will I receive my order?

A: Each BF Archery compound bow is individually tuned and tested for performance and accuracy before shipping. Therefore, your order will be dispatched within 3–7 days after we receive it.

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method:

North America (United States, Canada)

  • Free Shipping by Sea: 14–20 days
  • Express Air Shipping (DHL / UPS): 6–10 business days

Europe (United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, etc.)

  • Free Shipping by Sea: 40–50 days
  • Express Air Shipping (DHL / UPS): 8–12 business days

Oceania (Australia, New Zealand)

  • Free Shipping: 12–15 days

Asia (Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan, Korea, etc.)

  • Free Shipping: 3–10 business days

Other Regions

  • Express Air Shipping: 8–14 business days
