Refund and Returns Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on BFArchery, operated by BattleFalcon International Group Limited.

✅ 1. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Products with quality issues (non-human damage) may be returned or exchanged within 15 days after delivery.
  • If the wrong item was shipped by us, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
    👉 Return shipping costs will be covered by BFArchery.
  • If a parcel is lost or misdelivered by the carrier, we will resend the product or issue a full refund.

❌ 2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 15 days after delivery.
  • Non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike, wrong order by customer):
    • Returns may be accepted, but the buyer must bear all round-trip shipping costs and customs fees.
  • Items that are:
    • Used
    • Damaged by human error
    • Washed or altered
    • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Unauthorized returns (parcels returned without prior approval).

📦 3. Return Instructions

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at:

    Please provide your order number and a clear description of the issue (photos/videos if applicable).
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide:
    • A Return Authorization Number (RMA)
    • The official return address
  3. Clearly write the RMA number and order details on the return package, and include the invoice inside.
  4. After our warehouse inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ 4. Important Notes

  • ❗ Do NOT return any parcel without contacting us first.
    Unauthorized returns may be refused or lost.
  • Returned products must be:
    • New and unused
    • In original condition
    • With complete packaging and all accessories
  • For non-quality returns, the buyer is fully responsible for return shipping and any customs-related charges.
